Our team recently carried out Small Power, Mechanical, Lighting & Data Communications works to the Reception, First Floor, Second Floor, Third Floor, Sixth Floor and Eighth Floor at One Southampton Street, Covent Garden. This was a high spec office building over 5 floors, which were refurbished to a high standard by London based contractor Epiphany.

Work included:

• – Adapting existing lighting
• – Supplied and installed new LED luminaires to match the existing systems
• – New LED luminaires were supplied & installed to the common areas & toilets
• – Existing data communications were retained & tested to suit the proposed
• – Supplied new data communications supplied & installed to suit the proposed
• – Adapted & modified existing mechanical power to suit the proposed
• – Swapped out existing fluorescent luminaires for new LED 1200×300 panels on level 3
• – Supplied & installed new LED linear lighting & feature lighting to the reception area
