We are proud to announce the successful completion of our latest project at the prestigious Vertex office building in the centre of Altrincham, where we were commissioned to design and deliver the division of the office suite areas on the 3rd and 4th floors.

This work built upon our earlier Cat A fit-out for the landlord’s open-plan areas, extending our expertise into creating tailored spaces for tenant use.

A key challenge on this project was the exposed concrete ceilings, which demanded a precise, bespoke approach to ensure services, finishes, and detailing were executed to the highest standard without compromising the building’s architectural character. Through careful planning, skilled craftsmanship, and innovative solutions, we achieved a neat and striking finish.

The result is a set of professional, functional, and visually impressive workspaces that reflect both the quality of the building and the needs of its tenants. This project demonstrates our ability to deliver highly detailed, design-led solutions that balance aesthetics with functionality.
