At 196 Deansgate, an iconic Grade II listed building, we were commissioned to bring sustainability and wellbeing to life by transforming a redundant basement space into a modern, functional facility.

- Full installation of new power and lighting systems to serve the upgraded space.
- Creation of new showering facilities and changing rooms designed to modern standards.
