Another successful high-end fit-out has been delivered to the 5th floor and attic area of this iconic Grade II listed building in central Manchester. The scheme is a striking example of how innovative, contemporary design can be seamlessly integrated within the timeless character of a structure that has stood for over a century.
The works included:
  • Installation of LED DALI-controlled lighting throughout, providing energy efficiency, flexibility, and modern control.
  • Deployment of small power systems to support the new office environment, powering desks, air conditioning and ventilation systems.
  • Implementation of a Category 6A structured cabling network, delivering a resilient communications infrastructure capable of speeds up to 10Gbps.
  • High profile containment system installed to carry low and extra low voltage cabling
